In my second competition entry, the initial test print didn't meet my expectations due to using two shells instead of one. Ideally, a faster print with only one shell would result in clearer ABS. Late night exhaustion will be rectified by printing a full-sized, non-halved head tomorrow for further testing. If successful, I'll add it to the current pack. The small print took 80 minutes, but we're aiming for a larger size with better visibility of the skull through clear plastic. To create contrast, I used red as the inner color, avoiding yellow or white as they wouldn't stand out well against the clear material.
