The proof print didn't quite meet my expectations, but that was due to printing with 2 shells, ideally I should have printed with 1 shell and at a significantly faster pace to achieve crystal clear ABS results. It's late now... Tomorrow morning I'll take on the challenge of creating a full-size skull instead of cutting it in half, and then testing it; if it turns out well, I will incorporate it into this package. This speedy print only took about 80 minutes, but it was indeed small in size - we'll aim bigger tomorrow. What really interests me is seeing how the skull shows up through the transparent plastic. That's why I used Red as the internal color, so that its vibrant tone would contrast strikingly with the clear exterior; any colors lacking sufficient contrast - like Yellow or White, for instance - probably wouldn't work well and create an unimpressive effect in my opinion.
