I designed this ritual knife for use in special effects, with a hollow handle that allows you to fill it with fake blood. When you screw the blade and handle together and give it a squeeze, the "blood" flows out of the tip through a hollow running up the blade, creating a convincing effect. I haven't printed this model yet, so its performance remains to be seen.
