I set out to craft a snowflake, but not just any ordinary one - I wanted to make it uniquely cool. In the process, I was able to seamlessly integrate the example snowflake into one of my designs. A minor detail in the pictures is worth noting: there's a missing piece due to scaling it down for printing purposes. As a result, your printed hinges will likely be larger and more robust, preventing them from falling off.
