I'm developing new linear ball bearing blocks made from oil-less bronze, similar to JDB 081225 specifications. The dimensions are as follows: length is 25mm, external diameter is 12mm and internal diameter is 8mm. These blocks are designed to replace standard 8mm linear ball bearings like the SCS8UU, which means they can be used with the same mounting holes. Initial testing revealed that these bronze bearing bush blocks produce less noise and provide more rigidity compared to their counterparts. It's worth noting that the external dimensions of these blocks are slightly different from standard SCS8UU blocks, being shorter and thicker.
