These are frames for securing CD's. By utilizing this, you can easily fasten the CD onto the board. [Design] There are four types of lower frames and one type of upper frame. The frame size is W36xD36xH26mm. (lower + upper) The CD is secured about 10 mm above the board. A 10mm circular dent is made to make it easier to apply the cushioning material for suppressing rattling. [How To Use] - Print the necessary frames. - Apply cushioning material to the frames. - Check the tightness of the screw holes in the frames with M4 bolts. If you feel a little tight, try tapping. - Make holes (4mm + α) to secure the lower frames to a plate. - Secure the lower frames with M4 bolts or tapping screws. The recommended length of the bolt is about (plate thickness + 8 mm). - Set the CDs. - Secure the upper frames with M4 CAP bolts. Recommended length is 10mm.
