I'm rewriting the original text now. 8/4/19: With nimble size being a concern, the cable locker has no room. I've uploaded an untested block shield version that extends all the way to the x carriage end, securing the cable locker with a nut and screw. Made a cutout in the block shield for the Bltouch and moved the "Hotend" text to the opposite side.
