Block heater plug cover
thingiverse
Ran into an issue where my dad's diesel refused to start one very chilly morning. I decided to tackle the problem by plugging in the block heater, but immediately noticed that it wouldn't work because the terminals on the truck side were severely corroded. To address this issue, I cleaned off those corroded terminals and created a custom cover for the plug to prevent future corrosion. The strap is crafted from ninjaflex, allowing me to securely wrap it around the plug. The strap features two loops: a smaller one that attaches to the 3D printed cover and a larger loop designed specifically for going around the plug end on the truck side.
