This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8, and then converted to all other popular 3D formats with ease. The native format is .skp, and the 3ds Max scene was built using the powerful features of 3ds Max 2016. This highly detailed building was rendered using the advanced capabilities of Vray 3.00. The model shows a closing seven-storey block of flats from the south side, with first-floor storefronts facing the floor above, featuring a range of stylish one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. In addition to these residential units, the building boasts an expansive retail premises situated on the ground floor, as part of an eresetileg, open-air shopping terrace which was creatively designed by renowned architect Imre Makovec. To take this 3D model to the next level, plans are in place to add further retail premises, solidifying its position as a premier shopping destination in the area.
