Block and Tackle Pulley for STEM experiments

thingiverse

These are Block and Tackle pulleys designed for Andromeda One's Virtual Summer STEM Program. A related STEM video will be posted here once it is publicly available on YouTube. To complete these models, you'll also need five M3 screws with a diameter of 14mm, 1/8 inch braided cord, and two common plastic soda or water bottles that are not large-mouth like sports drinks. The screws serve as the pulley axles, securing the sides of each pulley together. When tightening the screws, apply gentle pressure until they feel snug, then back off by three-quarters of a turn to ensure the pulley wheel spins freely.
