I designed this new holder for the accelerator pedals of Opel Vivaro, Nissan Primastar and Renault Trafic because the previous conical type did not hold up well so I decided to create a new lower block that fits into the holes of the plastics and screws on using the plastic parts' own bolts. The upper part is inserted bayonet-style onto the lower support - just turn it to lock or unlock it. To make it resistant to high temperatures reached in the summer inside an auto cabin, I decided to print it in ABS. Print Settings Printer: Geeetech Delta Rostock G2S Pro Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1 Infill: 30% Notes: Printed in ABS Post-Printing After printing, you just need to assemble the cap onto the upper block by gluing it - you can use cyanacrylate (super glue) or if printed in ABS, a single drop of acetone will do as it momentarily dissolves the ABS on the surface.
