Blob - zipper pouch
thingiverse
The people created Blobby protection. It's an easy pouch to make that holds small things like coins, a tiny mp3 player or headphones. The triangular shape is very protective and the holes help sew it on a standard 10-inch zipper. This design includes snap-off supports that keep Blob securely attached during printing. Carla García and Juan Noguera designed Blob for you. They're makers from Providence, Rhode Island who enjoy putting things in cases. They hope you like working with them as much as we do. Here are the instructions to make a Blob: 1. Print two shells. You can use different colors for both parts if you want. I used a 40% infill and shells for my prints. 2. Remove the supports from each shell. 3. Snap off support pads that keep Blob on your print bed. 4. Start sewing! Use thick thread like carpet thread for better resistance, then sew one side of the zipper around one shell. Repeat on the other side once you're done. When finished, sew a small amount of additional thread over the hinge to make it stronger.
