Blitz RC 34in Pitts Special Replacement Interplane Strut

Got a Pitts special 34 in ? Banana Hobbies made them, Hobbyking and some others...all from the same mold. This is a replacement for the interplane struts. The factory struts have a side channel to inlay a carbon fiber rod and the rear of the top fastens to the upper wing using a threaded thumb screw. I have lost countless thumbscrews so I decided to redesign the part using an M3 bolt and captured nut. While I was at it, I designed the carbon fiber rod to be inserted through the bottom of the part so it cannot pop out the side. The factory carbon fiber rod is too thick for this new part, you will need to source some 1mm carbon fiber rod and cut to length with sharp scissors. This part (and other tiny replacement parts I have done for the 34" Pitts) needs to be printed using a resin printer. FDMA will be too coarse and brittle for the outcome to be useful.
