The Blink Dagger from Dota 2 allows instantaneous teleportation up to 12 units away; however, it goes on a 3-second cooldown if you have been attacked recently. Please do not attempt actual teleportation, as any resulting injuries are your responsibility. For optimal printing on a 200 x 200mm bed, scale the model size to around 1.6 times its original dimensions. To complete your print, glue the parts together using your preferred adhesive and wrap the handle with decorative material before painting the blade in your chosen color.
