Blinds Puller

I recently encountered several OEM blind puller ends that broke, prompting me to design an improved replacement. I aimed to create a part with similar dimensions but featuring a tapered interior. To enhance stability, I suggest securing two knots in the cord for a firmer grip and increased strength compared to the original component. Print Settings: Printer Brand: MakerBot Printer: MakerBot Replicator 2 Rafts: Not Required Supports: None Needed Resolution: High-Definition Infill Percentage: 12%-15% Design Notes: This custom blind puller end boasts superior strength compared to its OEM counterpart. By optimizing the design, I've created a more reliable solution for your printing needs. Design Process: I utilized C4D software to create this part. The process involved using a spline to define the profile, which was then modified by applying a lathe operation and removing the interior with a combination of a small cylinder and cone tools to achieve the desired tapered shape.
