Blind/Low Vision Cane Holder

This is a basic device that attaches to a coat rack and allows users to insert their "blind" cane into the holder. Most canes come equipped with wrist lanyards or other storage solutions, but they often flop out of place or become tripping hazards. This gadget keeps the cane safely tucked away. Shown here are examples of how this cane holder can be installed on a coat rack next to standard commercially available hooks. The edges are rounded to prevent injury when feeling for the cane. Most standard canes fit into the holder without modification; however, if your cane is larger, it can easily be printed or modified to fit.
