An updated version was created to address heat and design issues, which led to a bracket breaking and folding open. Version 2 features improved backbone support. The OEM clips still only require three attachments despite this upgrade; however, it is recommended to print four for weight distribution. Two clips that hold a vinyl track cover broke, prompting measurements with calipers. A NoVA hackerspace member printed the replacement part and offered advice: on a Mosaic printer, some clip adjustments may be necessary due to proximity to the edge (within 20mm). Infill should be at 100% for single shells, with a 0.25 layer height. The new version easily attaches to the original piece, and an image is planned to showcase both versions in action.
