This repair involves a KitchenAid Blender's driverwheel, which has worn out significantly. I utilised Daniel's STL file and added some supports for improved printability. I also gave the aluminum wheel extra space and rounded off the corners of the pins to enhance its overall design. I still have some reservations about using PLA; perhaps Ngen-flex or a tough-PLA would be a better choice. If this current material fails, I'll try those alternatives instead. To disassemble the wheel, you'll need a 7.5 mm wrench. The accompanying picture shows Daniel's model.
