My car came equipped with a dealer-installed air-conditioning system when I purchased it. As part of the modifications done at that time, an additional opening was made in the top cover of the blend valve for connecting to the small side vents on the dashboard. Since this opening is no longer needed due to the installation of an ElectroCooler, I designed a plug to close this hole. The diameter of the plug is 35.5mm, and you may want to check if this size is correct for your needs, adjusting it accordingly as necessary. I used black PETG with standard printing settings: heat bed temperature at 70° and nozzle temperature at 230°.
