Bleachers for 3D Prints Display

<p>I needed some small shelves or bleachers to display my prints, so I designed these brackets to assemble an small two-level bleachers that fited in my shelf.</p><p>Obviously, the 3D printed parts are the brackets. The shelves themselves are made of 3 mm thick MDF wood, which I cut to the appropriate dimensions for my use case and painted them white.</p><p>In the picture bellow, we can see the dimension of a bracket, the A type, to be more exact:</p><figure class="image"><img src="https://media.printables.com/media/prints/201052/rich_content/9ec5a6be-ab35-4a11-a406-1c123f1dad29/gradas-isometrico-acotado-mejor.png#%7B%22uuid%22%3A%225646c20a-789e-4d9c-8d96-0a2e840cc984%22%2C%22w%22%3A987%2C%22h%22%3A1341%7D"></figure><p>It has to be said, that the two types of brackets are identical but mirrored.</p><p>If you do not modify the design, irrespective of the length of the bleachers, the boards must be 65 mm long for them to fit the brackets.</p><p>Since you may want to modify the model, apart from the .STL I also included the SOLIDWORKS 2020 files.</p><h3>Print Settings</h3><p>Printed in PETG, without supports or rafts, at 0.2mm resolution and 15% infill.</p><p>For more strength you may want to lower the fan speed and increase the wall line count.</p><p>It also could be printed in PLA without a problem.</p><p>I would recomend to print them in pairs, that is, to print one A and one B, for the assembly to be symetrical.</p><h3><strong>Assembly</strong></h3><p>The assembly of the whole thing is rather simple. You print as many brackets as you need (this depends in the length of the bleachers) and then stick them to the boards with double-sided tape or other adhesive that you prefer.</p><p>In the following render (and in the photos above) we can see the assembly in my case.
