Bleach Series Cosplay - Ichigo's Imperfect Zangetsu Sword

Easy printable 'print by colour' Zangetsu Sword from Bleach! With 1.7 meters ('accurate' size from the bleach wikipedia) this is one impressive sword to show off! Comes with pre-sliced files for a minimal print area of 150x10x350 but also with the full black and full silver parts of the blade so you can slice this in meshmixer to your own content. The full blade is also provided without the slit. Strength is gained by using a 6x6 aluminum profile which compared to a regular rod is 'unbendable' light weight and doesn't have issues where a model can twist around it. No supports needed, brim is advised. The silver-black part fit easily together with slits and inside the black part there is room for a 6mm rod or wooden lath for internal strength. Add your own fabric to the handle for the ultimate cosplay P.s. I will print this sword after I finished my Buster sword ;-) [Update 30-06-2018] I've updated the model to hold a 6x6 aluminum u-profile which is much stronger, light and will bend less (almost not at all) and prevent 'twist'. This model is deemed much stronger after printing (currently in the process). Version 1 is available as download in V1.zip. Files changed Black 1 to 5, black-full and full blade! [Update 03-07-2018] I've finished printing this model and it looks great!!!
