BLDC motor

This is the Stator and Rotor for a 3D printed brushless motor. Two rotors are currently being utilized due to the limited availability of 3mm x 10mm cylindrical magnets. Rectangular magnets would be ideal, however, due to their increased surface area. The rotor with a polygon-shaped exterior has been modified by gluing and taping magnets onto its outer surface. It boasts an 8-pole design with a width of approximately 10mm, where magnets measuring around 25 Windings per slot (24 slots) are utilized in a wye-connected 3-phase motor configuration. A serpentine winding method was employed to achieve optimal performance. The motor's speed has been successfully increased to the point where it ejected the magnets. Periodic redesigns of this setup will be conducted as more time and resources become available. Two 2 1/4 ID ball bearings are used in conjunction with a 1/4" shaft, accompanied by several 1/4" shaft spacers and a locking nut, as well as a shaft collar. The motor was printed using a Longer Orange 10.
