BLDC Motor

20p18n BLDC motor for experimental purposes. I used a 0,5mm coated copper wire for winding in the following scheme: AaABbBCcCAaABbBCcC Termination is wYe. Magnets are glued in with super glue and have a dimension of 10x10x5mm. I used two standard ball bearings pressed in the stator with the dimensions of 8x22x7mm I powered the motor with a 30A BLDC driver, 3S liion battery pack and a servo tester, however did not power it up to max as i do not know how many RPM's the bell will withstand without blowing up. As my stator was printed with PLA, the motor does not start on its own. Once you turn it a little bit it starts turning according to the throttle. I guess once the stator is printed with magnetic PLA it would definitely have more power and eventually start on its own. Once someone tried it let me know. Enjoy the magic and simplicity of BLDC motors!!
