The human body is made up of approximately 60 trillion cells, which are the building blocks of life. These cells are incredibly diverse and complex, working together to maintain the intricate balance that keeps us alive. From the moment we're born, our bodies undergo a series of rapid transformations, as cells multiply and differentiate into various tissues and organs. Our brains, for instance, contain billions of neurons that communicate with each other through electrical impulses, while our hearts pump blood throughout our bodies, supplying oxygen and nutrients to every cell. Despite their differences, all human cells share certain characteristics, such as the presence of a nucleus and mitochondria, which are essential for their survival.
