Customizable all-purpose blast shield for days when a layer of polycarbonate between you and your work is exactly what you need. The bracket can be customized to suit your needs (M screw type, height/width, and sheet thickness), ensuring that the screwholes are spaced correctly. Below a certain width/height, only one hole is placed in the bracket. The holes in the base of the shield are designed for fastening it securely to a tabletop or attaching rubber feet. The provided .stl file measures 100x100mm and features a sheet thickness of 5mm, with M6 screwholes. The blast shield shown in the photo was printed using PLA filament at a layer height of 0.2mm and a print speed of 80mm/sec. No supports were required during the printing process.
