This is a custom-designed inline blast gate for a 4-inch duct, broken down into multiple printable parts for added convenience. The blast gate door can be either 3D printed or constructed from 3mm plywood or medium-density fiberboard (MDF). To assemble the blast gate, you will need to print two BlastGateMain files, one spacer, and one door. Alternatively, you can use a different material, such as 3mm ply or MDF, to create the door. Print Settings: Printer: Da Vinci Pro Rafts: No raft is required for this print job. Supports: No supports are needed for this design. Resolution: A resolution of 0.2 millimeters provides optimal results for this model. Infill: The recommended infill percentage for this design is 20%.
