Purchased a generic small media blast cabinet (actual: Jobsmart from Tractor Supply), approx 25 gallon I think. Before purchasing I read reviews and can confirm, standard media pickup (one hose buried under media) cannot flow media correctly, the 2nd hose (vent) is required. This nozzle combines the pickup and the vent hoses - allowing continuous air flow to provide superior media pickup. Since starting to use this nozzle (3yrs), not had a single 'block'. Dims: - 2x Barbed nozzles are to suit 1/2" Dia Internal hoses. i.e. the barbs taper from outer Dia 11.2mm to 13.5mm. - Internal bore 2x: Dia 9mm - Length: 50mm (excluding barbs) - Width: 39mm - Height: 22.5mm Printer Settings: Printer brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 2+ Slicer: Cura Rafts: No Supports: No (if print vertically, barbs up) Resolution: 0.15mm (0.6 nozzle) Infill: 80% Notes: Printed using T-Glase
