This is a simple 14.8 x 4.7cm plate that I've created to fill the space where my DVD drive used to be in my HP CompaQ, now repurposed as a NAS. The plate fits perfectly into the HP SATA DVD drive hole, and it's likely to fit other similar-sized openings as well.
