I started with the basic Fang Fan and added an E3D hotend holder. This is identical to my Dragon Skull one, minus the skull as requested. While I'm sure this isn't perfect due to the base area not being exact, it should work just fine and can be printed without supports. However, I haven't tried printing it myself and probably won't. The opening for the 40mm fan is designed for a 40mm, 10mm thick fan, while the part cooling fan is 60mm. The hotend fan holder fits tightly, but I've included screws just in case. You may need to slightly enlarge the opening for it to fit properly.
