To use this template to build a credit card is fairly straightforward once all components are understood and matched accordingly. Here are the individual components and how they fit into the finished product. Start by writing the Card Name at the top left side of the form. Write in all major fields including, Account Holder Name and address below. Insert Bank Address to complete the financial aspect at the lower section.
