I was too laid back to track down blank cover templates and whip up my own design, so I settled for another one and hacked off the middle section. Measuring and starting from scratch just seemed like way too much work. Now that you have all the details, you can easily create your own custom design. I've made sure everything is spot on, so it should slice smoothly in any software. You could also use this as a spacer to add some extra space where needed.
