Blaise Castle stands proudly near Henbury in Bristol, England, a testament to the ingenuity of its 1766 construction. Situated within the Blaise Castle Estate, this folly shares space with Blaise Castle House, an 18th-century mansion house boasting Grade II listed status. A dedicated volunteer community group, Friends of Blaise, collaborates closely with Bristol City Council to preserve, enhance, and promote the estate while also making it accessible to visitors – albeit temporarily suspended due to ongoing Coronavirus restrictions. Our team successfully created a computer model, which was 3D printed for the benefit of Friends of Blaise. This impressive model is now on display in the museum or castle.
