Bladeless Fan remix for 80mm PC fan

I love the original design, but I couldn't find a quiet 70mm fan, so the original version I have sitting on my desk is louder than I would like. I also noticed with that original version doesn't have great airflow. If I lift it off my desk, the amount of air flowing through the fan increases significantly, which led me to believe that the holes on the base were not allowing through as much as as the fan can process.This remix fits an 80mm PC fan (see the photos), and has larger holes to allow more air to flow up from the base. There is also a cutout for a 20mm switch / dimmer.I printed the base out of PLA with a 0.28mm height on an Ender 5 Pro. For the rest of the fan, I used the interior and exterior models from the original design and scaled them up by 114.28% (or a factor of 1.1428 depending upon your slicer).
