Human: Bladeless Fan Using a 40mm x 40mm Axial Fan. Print Settings Printer: Self-Made Printer Rafts: None Supports: None Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Post-Printing Components Fan: Choose a powerful 40mm x 40mm fan, with thickness up to 25mm. Power Supply: Mount a DC panel jack through the 8mm hole in the fan-casing and connect it to a power supply matching the fan's voltage. Adhesive Foam Rubber: 2mm thick foam rubber sheets Tapping Screws: Four screws with diameters between 2-2.5mm, max length of 12mm Assembly Wrap the axial fan with foam rubber to isolate its vibrations from the case. Insert the fan into the fan-casing, utilizing the inner notch for threading the wire to the DC panel jack. Assemble the outer case using screws on the fan-casing. Snap the inner case into the outer case. Securely snap in the pedestal, adjusting it if necessary with a hot air gun to center its arms. Add M10 nuts at the bottom of the pedestal for increased stability and weight.
