blade plug : thrust

I created a 1-inch wide blade plug that prints without support at 100% infill, resulting in a solid 2mm wall thickness in the blade section. This design mimics a standard blade plug and does not create a complete object. The plug looks good whether it's fully seated or protruding. Three sizes are available: one fits my remnant perfectly, another suits my Monark flawlessly, and the last size is just the tip. With the tip, you can print the blade blank and terminate the print at the right length to glue on the tip or combine multiple tube sections for an extended design. I included images of a simple paint job over high-temperature clear PLA, but I'm confident that you'll come up with innovative paint jobs and interesting translucent filament choices. Remember, transparency is determined by the thickness of the paint; no paint can also be cool, allowing you to shade the inside or leave it as is. The v2 version features a sharper rim on the inner ring for improved performance.
