It's designed for my Blade NanoCPX R/C Heli and fits perfectly. !!!Attention!!! You must print this with 0% infill and only ONE perimeter! Or you use the spiral vase feature from Slic3r Best results with PLA / ABS, a spiral vase feature (looks much better) with an extrusion width = 0.6 mm. ...more on the Instructions tab Instructions Slicing Settings (without spiral vase) 0% infill 1 Perimeter 2 Bottom, 0 Top Layers low speed 30 mm/s extrusion width should be >= 0.5 mm Slicing Settings (with spiral vase) 2 Bottom, 0 Top Layers low speed 30 mm/s extrusion width should be >= 0.5 mm Cut Out For the mounting holes use a really sharp knife and carefully cut from the inside For the rest use a sharp knife or a small scissor The pictures shows a print in green and black ABS (1.75 mm) Sliced with Slic3r 1.0.0r2 spiral vase activated 2 Bottom Layers, 0 Top 0.2 mm Layer height Perimeter speed 30 mm/s default extrusion width 0.5 mm Print time 1:05 h on my custom style Delta with a 0.4 mm Hexagon Hotend.
