Blade mSR-X main blades grips
thingiverse
These are replacement parts for a Blade mSR-X RC micro helicopter main rotor blades grips. Two version are available, to better suit the user´s preferences. DISCLAIMER: this is not an easy piece to print, at all. It is very tiny piece, thus requires a highly tuned 3d-printer, with a recommended 0.2-0.25mm size hot end nozzle. Working with ABS, with such a small size nozzle, requires higher temperatures, around +10°C, depending on the filament brand. For your referecne, my 3d-printer is improved with a Micro-Swiss all metal hot end plus CNC machined extruder plate and lever from the same maker, that works best with ABS at +245-248°C and speeds no greater than 40mm/s. Both parts are joined together, just for easy of handling, due to its small size. It requires post-processing, since the two bridges must be trimmed away. The same apply for the connecting ball joint and holes cleaning with the use of proper drill bits. NOTE: The product picture included does not show the end results of any of my 3d-printed parts. It was included just for better identification of the rotor parts.
