You can now use a common "Roland" blade holder with your Cameo 4 as shown in the picture provided. The dimensions of this holder are notable: it has a diameter of 11.5 mm and a length of 28 mm, measured from the blade outlet to the ring. I prefer using blades like these over those used with the CB09 because they can be easily removed for cleaning without needing to dismantle or unscrew the entire holder. This is a major advantage in my opinion. You may wonder why you shouldn't just use the original Silhouette blades instead. The answer lies in several key differences: (1) Original blades are quite expensive but do not last significantly longer than their "no-name" counterparts, which I personally find work even better with this adapter.
