I designed a printable version of my blade grips after breaking the main rotor blade grips on my Blade 230, as I didn't want to wait for a replacement part. I printed it using PLA and was pleased with its strength. I flew the copter for about an hour, performing flips and light 3D maneuvers with these parts installed, and didn't notice any wear on them.
