As I'm currently training for an ultra marathon, my use of bladders has increased, leading me to swap between them regularly and let them dry out completely to prevent potential growth of unwanted organisms even when using only water. The inserts come in a variety of sayings, including blank options that conserve filament, catering to users with different preferences. The size is such that it should fit most standard bladders, including my own Source, Platypus, and Camelbak models. However, the hook part is designed to be adaptable to various bladder makes, which may result in a slightly loose fit for some specific bladders. In cases where the insert doesn't fit snugly due to its design, users can easily adjust it by heating the hook with a lighter or candle and then bending it into place.
