Blacktooth laser cutter X-axis belt end block
thingiverse
Secure the X-axis belt firmly to the laser nozzle carriage using these blocks as guides. To attach the belt, remove a nail from its holder, insert it into the hole in the block, and secure it tightly. Next, wrap the belt around the nail, interlock the teeth of the belt together, then encircle a zip tie around the loop and pull it tight until it reaches maximum tension. Trim off any excess zip tie material. Finally, mount the block to the laser nozzle carriage using wood screws, making sure to pre-drill pilot holes first. The .stl file can be easily opened with Cura or Repetier-Host software. The .skp file can also be accessed and edited in Sketchup.
