Blacktip T-Handle with 130mm and/or 90mm grips

Purpose- I am a right handed diver who likes to take point-and-shoot photos. The Dive Xtras Blacktip Travel wasn't compatible with my camera housing, which requires me to use my right hand as well... No drive-by photographs for me... The Model - I wasn't able to print the entire assembly on my build plate. I have separated the model into three parts, this allowed for some customization on the grips to be installed. The DPV comes with a 90mm grip, and I ordered 130mm bicycle grips to run the tests on. 130mm is a bit long, when installed on the left hand side, the wall does flex a little. The hex design prevents rotational slipping and pilot holes have been added to the handle bars if a user would like to secure with stainless steel M2x6mm socket head screws. If hardware isn't available I have glued them together as well. Printing Notes - Makerbot's limited functionality slicers (Print and Cloud Print) prevented me from doing a 100% infill, we all know what happens to air pockets at depth :) I did 10 Shells at 95% infill. The slicer preview showed a few small air pockets, but nothing too serious for recreational depths. First models printed with Nylon Carbon Fiber, these models were soft mess once in water. I suspect they would have performed the best out of my test prints if I had sealed them with Cerakote. Nylon12 CF is the next filament run I plan to test with soon, ABS-R after that. Final thoughts- This model is one of many I have attempted for the DPV, I had varying success with the motor activating based on the position of the trigger magnet and the internal reed switch (reed switch was not adjusted). This model at the moment has only been installed on 1 Blacktip. There may be some additional work to get your individual Blacktip to function. Hopefully the tolerances for the location of the trigger magnet will work with all models of Blacktips. Enjoy! 15 Jan 2022 - Added assembly with 90mm handlebars for single print test.
