Blackmagic ATEM Mini / Mini Pro Stand
thingiverse
The purpose of this stand is multifaceted: It adjusts the angle to provide a clearer view of the controls, and more significantly relocates the switcher away from the surface for enhanced heat management. The ATEM Mini-Pro runs extremely hot, and elevating the switcher produces a substantial improvement in cooling efficiency when running continuously. This design combines elements of two other stands, as I discovered that the angle of the ATEM top surface didn't align with the bracket at the rear of the unit, creating an uneven gap. This version rotates and realigns the top "keyholes" and adds sufficient space underneath the ATEM where the brackets can slide on even with the mounting pads attached. v3.1 - Thick Clip (Pics 4 and 5) - For a more robust connection, the top clips are 3mm thick v3.2 - Slim Clip (Pics 1,2,3) - Based on feedback, the top clips were reduced to 2mm thick for a lower profile. v3.4 - Boosted version (Pics 8,9,10) - Using the same slim clips as v3.2, but the entire frame is approximately 6mm taller to account for using it over top of a second mini while still allowing for cable clearance. I recommend printing the v3.2 version for most applications. The mounting blocks remain unaltered from the file by user hillct, included here for completeness of this version.
