Original design. Can't believe this wasn't already made! Needed a test of fit tolerances, and drew up a dealing shoe model that fit perfectly. Bottom plates should fit tightly and not shift around. Top plates should be firm but slide smoothly for easy removal. The wedge should be printed separately, and as solid as it can be printed. Weight is key in pushing cards forward! Didn't have a deck of cards on hand when the pictures were taken, so used a stack of business cards instead. But I've tested Cards Against Humanity cards in it, and they work beautifully! I'm aware that the expansion fits snugly. It's supposed to be that way. When assembling, try to avoid re-setting pieces together. You don't want to damage the jigsaw assembly tabs! Model in the photos was printed on a Stratasys Fortus 250mc using Blue PLA.
