Blackhawks Coaster (Dual Extrusion)
thingiverse
This is a dual extrusion Blackhawk coaster. Just add both files and print. I printed at .15mm layer height and 30% infill, and it came out near perfect. Print Settings Resolution: .2 Print speed: 50 mm/s Infill: 25 Infill pattern: honeycomb Notes: For anyone using the FlashForge Creator Pro and Simplify3D, I use the following script to get much cleaner prints. Adds more time as it lets one side cool down upon tool change, but it's worth it. I printed in ABS, so if you're printing in PLA, you will have to adjust the temps.... Just go to process settings, scripts, tool change script and copy the following. ; Tool change script start G1 X120 Y-70 F4000 ; Move out of the way while it stabilizes active tool temp. {IF NEWTOOL=1}; RIGHT Extruder is active {IF NEWTOOL=1}M104 S200 T0; Heat inactive extruder to 200c (T0). {IF NEWTOOL=1}M133 T0; Stabilize T0 temperature {IF NEWTOOL=0}; LEFT Extruder is active {IF NEWTOOL=0}M104 S200 T1; Cool inactive extruder to 200c (T1) {IF NEWTOOL=0}M104 S240 T0; Heat active extruder to 240c (T0). {IF NEWTOOL=0}M133 T1; Stabilize T1 temperature ; Tool change script end
