In my second attempt, I've developed a versatile model that can be adapted to various applications due to its ease of manufacture using injection molding. The main components consist of a body, base, and a shaft that enables transformation. Assembly is straightforward with the shaft inserted through one side of the casing and secured by a screwed-on cap. Connection wires pass through holes or slots in the body, base, and shaft. The user interface is designed for simplicity, requiring users to select their preferred transaction mode. Bluetooth pairing is initiated by holding a button for two seconds, causing a blinking light that makes the device discoverable on mobile devices for easy pairing (inspired by a Bluetooth headset). For NFC transactions, simply press the button and tap the device against the reader's front surface. Card transactions can be performed by swiping through the 19mm deep, 1mm wide slot on the right side. A Li-Po battery pack similar to mobile phones is housed within the reader, easily replaceable by removing the battery cover or rechargeable via the provided USB port at the top. The device is secured using standard M2.5 screws. If you have any questions, feel free to ask for improvements! Further updates are planned for low battery indication.
