Thanks to GrabCAD and Blackboard Inc., I tackled an exciting challenge. The design is straightforward, measuring 90 mm x 45 mm x 45 mm and composed of five parts: a casing, a cover, a battery cover, and a top shield. Except for the transparent top shield, all components are black plastic, easily printable via 3D printing or injection molding. The design eliminates the need for a separate stand, as it can be hung on the wall using provided hangers. The user interface features a single sliding ON/OFF button on the front left side, with a black-painted shield displaying unpainted text areas illuminated by LED lights indicating Bluetooth activation, battery charge, NFC, and acceptance or rejection. A credit card slot is available on the front right area, along with a USB port for charging or data connection. The lithium polymer battery pack can be replaced through a slot at the back, secured by 10 standard M2.5 screws (4 for PCB attachment, 4 for cover attachment, and 2 for battery cover fixing). Some adjustments, such as LED positioning on the PCB and ON/OFF switch placement in the casing, are pending updates. This concept may require dimensional corrections.
