The revised design features enhanced housing, security, keys, lights, and mounting options. The housing now has straight-pull molding with a deep opening for an innovative translucent sliding door, allowing either the pin pad or contactless reader to be used simultaneously. Security is improved with a tinted, frosted plastic sliding door that protects against weather, sunlight, and vandalism. Backlit keys are concave to aid visually impaired users, while the LED light pipe in the contactless area serves as a status indicator (red for no entry, green for entry, blue for standby) and may also follow color-changing modes. Mounting is simplified with two keyholes on the back for easy wall or narrow door molding installation. The dimensions are 2"W x 4.75"H x 1"D, making it a more robust and user-friendly design compared to the first submitted version.
