This pocket-sized device boasts dimensions of 90 x 65 mm with a thickness of 16 mm and is inspired by a blackboard design. It features an on/off switch and tri-colored LEDs: constant red for low power, green for acceptance, and blue for Bluetooth connection (blinking for data transfer). Interaction sounds are included to aid individuals with disabilities. The docking station can be placed horizontally or vertically and secured to prevent theft and vandalism in remote campus areas. Staff can use a side micro-USB connector on the dock for wired checking or data transfer without opening the dock. A strap hole is available for mobile usage, and the PCB consists of two parts: one as the motherboard and the other supporting the LEDs, which can be produced from a single ply of PCB. Critiques from engineers are welcome to enhance the 3D modeling design.
