Back Stepper Mount for Black Widow. I Have Included the Mount, the Titan Mount and Cooling Fan. There Is Also a Spacer for the Bltouch to Get the Proper Distance. I Designed This with Pancake Nema 17 Motor E3D Hotend and E3D Titan Extruder but Clones Should Work Without a Problem. You Can Also Use a Standard E3D Hotend But You Will Not Need the Bltouch Spacer. Titan Mount Is from Here: Http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1543232 Active Cooling Duct Is from Here: Http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1537971 Bltouch Settings for Marlin Define X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 27 Define Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 0 Define Z_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -1.7 You Will Have to Reverse the Stepper Direction on E0 Define INVERT_E0_DIR true Print Settings Printer: Tevo Black Widow Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: .20 Infill: Depends Notes: 75% infill on the mount for strength. 90% infill on the extruder mount for strength. 20% infill on the spacer. 30% infill on cooling duct with supports. After Using This Mount for a While Now If You Intend to Print Anything Other Than PLA Then You Should Use ABS or Nylon for This Entire Assembly. I Found That Using PLA for This Item Will Soften When Using High Temperatures for ABS, PETG or Nylon. So If You Are Only Printing in PLA and That Is All You Ever Will Use PLA Will Be Fine for This Assembly.
